Description

All the ceremony is over and they're alone together for the first time, but this is an arrangement she had little to do with. He was three hundred years her senior and his reputation unknown. The handkerchief wrinkles between her fingers as she tries to hold back her fears.

Digital painting using Photoshop 5.5 and my trusty original graphire wacom over a finished pencil drawing.

i like teh mood, its soo spooky, and you can just sense her fear. her dress is a little stiff. you can add more shading to indicate it fell on the floor softly.

i would love to see a full version of this... the detail of the girl provides so much more depth and texture. other than that, i really have no complaints... the lighting is especially good, and the pic fits the story so well.

This image struck me as a little stiff, but after reading the backstory I see that this is entirely appropriate to the mood you're creating. The yellow-green cast is great, suggests something unhealthy or uneasy about the situation.
